Soprema Easi-Close Silver 100-150mm

Easi-Close Silver is a cavity closer designed for universal application. It comprises a rigid plastic profile with a continuous EPS Carbon insulation core. Easi-Close Silver is available in two profile ranges: 50–100 mm and 100–150 mm, both of which include pre-cut grooves to allow on-site adjustment for different cavity sizes.

• Provides continuous EPS Carbon insulation fill to support compliance with minimum Building Regulations thermal resistance requirements
• Lightweight and adaptable design to support straightforward handling and installation
• May be installed in accordance with manufacturer guidance for use in cavity wall or timber frame constructions

When using Easi-Close Silver, you need to satisfy yourself that use of the product meets all relevant national Building Regulations and guidance as well as local, national and other applicable standards relevant for your construction or application, including requirements in relation to fire and applicable height restrictions.

Easi-Close Silver should not be used in the external walls of buildings over 11 metres in height. Recent changes to Building Regulations mean that only non-combustible insulation or insulation of limited combustibility should be used in buildings of that height.
