RCM Multipurpose is a premium high-performance cellulose fibre cement building board designed to deliver exceptional versatility, durability and fire performance across a wide range of construction applications.

Engineered for modern construction methods, Multipurpose combines outstanding strength, weather resistance and acoustic properties, making it an ideal solution for both internal and external use in residential, commercial and modular building projects.

Multipurpose offers the highest level of reaction-to-fire performance, making it particularly suitable for buildings over 18 metres and projects where fire safety is a critical consideration. With a minimum life expectancy of 30 years, the board is highly resistant to weathering, biological attack and moisture-related degradation, making it suitable for use across a variety of façade and structural systems.

The board is also BBA Approved, giving specifiers, contractors and distributors confidence in its long-term reliability and compliance within demanding construction environments. Multipurpose can be cut, drilled and fixed using conventional woodworking tools, simplifying installation on-site.

The board features a smooth front face and textured reverse face, with the smooth face designed to be installed outermost for optimum performance and finish quality.
