Multimastic SP is an acrylic-based firestop mastic used for firestop sealing of openings around cable trays, pipe and cable penetrations, sealing joints, and for bonding Multimastic FB1/FB2 firestop boards. Multimastic SP slightly expands when exposed to heat, creating a fire-resistant and smoke-tight seal to adjacent spaces.
Multimastic SP is part of the Mulcol® Penetration Seal System. It can also be used in combination with Multimastic C fire-resistant coating.
