The boards are 25mm thick overall, comprising of two 12.5mm fermacell® boards. fermacell® 2E22 flooring overlay is laid over the compound to provide a stable floor, which most flooring finishes can be installed. For warm water underfloor heating systems, fermacell® 2E22 offers the ideal solution; combining the heat transfer benefits of a wet screed system with the speed of installation and flexibility of wood based board systems, such as cement particle board.
