Quality assurance is a key objective for Encon Insulation and Nevill Long – and we aim to work in a professional, efficient and quality-conscious manner with all of our customers, suppliers and colleagues.

With our robust quality management system, we strive to provide a reliable service. We are also always looking for ways to improve performance, by listening to customer needs, feedback and comments.

Quality management certification

We are committed to the principles of ISO 9001:2015 to achieve and maintain our quality management objectives. We are also certified through UKAS accredited certification body Alcumus ISOQAR. In fact, we were the first distributor to gain ISO 9001 across all sites.

Training and development

These are essential to quality assurance, and we work hard to ensure that everyone on our team has the resources necessary to achieve continual improvement, including training, equipment and support.

We continuously improve the effectiveness of our systems by setting and reviewing objectives for business processes through management reviews and by ensuring the effectiveness of business processes. In addition, we regularly request feedback from colleagues, customers and independent auditors.
