LAC® is a two coat cold applied bitumen based coating, which dries to a uniform gloss black finish, to provide both waterproofing and a barrier to radon. The coating is a solution of natural and petroleum bitumens in white spirit. LAC® is typically used on structures below ground level, and as a damp proof membrane to ground floors. LAC® can also be used on the superstructure, as a vapour barrier behind cladding systems / plaster finishes.
