As part of our ongoing commitment to operational excellence and ensuring the continued safety of our employees and visitors, our East London site has implemented a new goods-in process and entry barrier system. The new process and system means that all suppliers will now be provided with a delivery slot on confirmation of order. This will ensure that on arrival, waiting times for your delivery drivers are kept to a minimum and the necessary resource is at hand to load/unload your vehicle in a safe and efficient manner.

Please note that should drivers arrive outside the allotted time or without a confirmed delivery slot, we reserve the right to refuse entry onto site and request the driver returns at the time provided or follows the new goods-in process.

Note also that the entrance for goods inwards, collections and our customer trade counter is located on Halyard Street, not Choats Road.
