With 95% relative humidity resistance, it reduces mould and mildew growth on the ceiling surface and helps to maintain indoor air quality.
Mezzguard provides market leading fire protection for mezzanine floors. Tested at 100% design load, it provides 60 minutes of fire resistance for people and equipment on the floor beneath and above. Mezzguard is available in tiles and planks.
