Fleet Accreditations

We are accredited to the Fleet Operator Recognition Scheme, FORS and hold Bronze and Silver status at all of our distribution locations nationwide. In 2022 we also achieved Gold accreditation at our East London branch. In addition, we are members of the Construction Logistics and Community Safety scheme, CLOCS. The standards to maintain these awards involve fleet management, vehicle safety equipment and the continuous development of drivers and those involved in the transport operation.

Our commitment

Achieving these accreditations has created the opportunity to continually measure our standards against industry best practice and fits in well with our ethos of improving safety whilst complementing our drive to improve fuel efficiency, reduce our environmental impact and raise awareness of the needs of vulnerable road users.

In order to achieve these commitments, we will:

  • Work within robust policies and procedures communicating to all relevant personnel.
  • Continuously monitor the effectiveness of these policies and procedures, review and implement change where required.
  • Fit and maintain vehicle safety equipment, minimising driver blind spots and protecting vulnerable road users.
  • Promote continual improvement, raising the bar higher each year delivering relevant operational and driver training, toolbox talks and briefings on industry news including any legislative changes.
  • Monitor penalties and prohibitions applying the appropriate measures to avoid repeat offences.
  • Carry out internal and external site audits to demonstrate a high level of driver and vehicle compliance.
  • Raise awareness both at our operating centers and customer delivery locations of fleet safety.
